Veselko
My name is Veselko — most people call me Ves.
I’m a filmmaker based in Waterford, Ireland. I’ve spent the better part of a decade obsessing over light, movement, and the moments between moments — the ones most people miss but everyone remembers.
I came to wedding filmmaking through a deep love of technology and visual storytelling. Every camera, every lens, every piece of equipment I own exists because I believe the tools should match the significance of the occasion. Your wedding day deserves more than good enough.
BEYOND THE WORK
Life Outside
When I’m not behind a camera, I’m usually with my family — my wife and our two daughters, who have already declared they’ll be joining me on set one day. The cameras are ready.
I spend my downtime in the mountains, building and flying drones — pushing the limits of aerial cinematography. It’s where I test ideas, find perspective, and remind myself why I fell in love with filmmaking in the first place.
THE APPROACH
How I Work
I believe your wedding film should feel like a memory — not a production.
That means I stay close enough to capture what matters and far enough away that you forget I’m there. I work with the best equipment available, but technology is invisible in the final film. What you see is your day, told with intention and care.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year. This is deliberate. Every couple I work with receives my full attention — from our first conversation through to the final edit.
